Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in Business Administration, MIS, Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business systems management.
• 2+ years guiding technical execution; Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Marketo Expert preferred.

Aufgaben

• Act as the internal Product Owner for Salesforce, translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own and optimize the end-to-end revenue lifecycle from marketing acquisition to customer billing.
• Manage configuration, vendor relationships, and strategic roadmaps for revenue tech including Salesforce and Marketo.
• Oversee inbound data pipelines via Fivetran to ingest metrics into Salesforce for sales/marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to identify bottlenecks and design scalable workflows.
