Job summary

Gemini Legal is seeking a RevOps Systems Manager to own and optimize the revenue tech stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, Stripe, and Cvent. You’ll translate business needs into user stories and manage vendor relationships while partnering with IT and the PMO.

Based in California, you will work remotely with a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00am–5:00pm, and oversee deployments, data governance, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive scalable revenue operations.

Qualifications

BA/BS in Business Administration, MIS, Finance, or related field required.
5+ years in revenue operations, sales ops, or business systems management required.
2+ years managing projects or guiding technical execution, mentoring team members required.
Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Marketo Certified Expert preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as internal Product Owner for Salesforce, translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Own end-to-end revenue lifecycle data flow and automation from marketing to billing.
Manage configuration, vendor relationships, and roadmaps for revenue tech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Stripe, Cvent).
Oversee inbound data pipelines via Fivetran to ingest usage metrics into Salesforce.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Support, and Finance to remove bottlenecks and design scalable workflows.
Manage contract renewals and coordinate with external CSMs for owned platforms.
Monitor feature releases and enforce data governance across revenue systems.
