Gemini Legal is seeking a RevOps Systems Manager to own and optimize the revenue technology stack, including Salesforce, Marketo, Stripe, and Cvent. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to drive scalable workflows and data governance across revenue systems.

The role sits in the PMO, offering remote work with CA residency; compensation ranges from $105,000 to $139,000 per year, with several vendor partnerships and deployment responsibilities.

Qualificações

• BA/BS in Business Administration, MIS, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or business systems management.
• 2+ years of experience managing projects, guiding technical execution, or mentoring team members.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Marketo Certified Expert preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Act as internal Product Owner for Salesforce; translate business needs into user stories and criteria.
• Own end-to-end revenue lifecycle data flow and automation from marketing to billing.
• Manage configuration, vendor relationships, and roadmaps for revenue tech stack.
• Oversee inbound data pipelines via Fivetran into Salesforce for metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Client Support, Finance to resolve bottlenecks.
• Monitor feature releases and enforce data governance across revenue systems.
• Coordinate major revenue system deployments and integrations.
• Partner with BI to align data between revenue ops and data warehouse.
• Design internal enablement and training materials to drive tool adoption.
• Monitor system health and API limits; troubleshoot data discrepancies.
