Job summary

DriveCentric is seeking a Commercial Ops Systems Admin to own, scale, and optimize our core tech stack. You will serve as the Salesforce foundation while partnering with Engineering and RevOps consultants to deploy system connections.

You will own peripheral platforms like Gong, ZoomInfo, and Cirrus Insight, drive data hygiene, analytics, and enablement onboarding in a distributed, remote work setting.

Qualifications

• Salesforce ADM-201 certification preferred.
• 1–3 years of hands-on GTM/RevOps tool experience.
• Foundational knowledge of Gong, ZoomInfo, Cirrus Insight.
• Ability to translate commercial needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce health, user management, data cleansing, and dashboards.
• Own Gong, ZoomInfo, Cirrus Insight configurations and analytics.
• Scope, test, and co-manage integrations with engineering and RevOps consultants.
• Support future GTM deployments including ABM or CPQ."
• Collaborate with Enablement to translate system updates into training materials.
• Run data hygiene audits and build declarative system enhancements.
• Design and maintain reports/dashboards reactively and proactively.
