Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain core GTM systems to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Execute system updates, configurations, and enhancements to meet evolving business needs.

• Maintain data integrity and governance across GTM platforms.
• Develop and refine reports, dashboards, and data exports for strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with RevOps and analytics teams to surface actionable insights.
• Serve as the primary contact for user support and training materials.
