Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a GTM Systems Administrator to manage our GTM platforms, with strong Salesforce administration and a knack for turning data into insight. You’ll work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to align systems with how the business operates.

This is a remote role open to US-based candidates. You’ll maintain CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools, implement updates, ensure data integrity, and build reports and dashboards to

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce), data analysis tools, and reporting software.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn system data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain core GTM systems to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Execute system updates, configurations, and enhancements to meet evolving business needs and improve user experience.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues to minimize disruptions and ensure operational continuity.
• Maintain data integrity and governance across GTM platforms, ensuring accurate, consistent, and timely data for stakeholders.
• Develop and refine reports, dashboards, and data exports to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with RevOps and analytics teams to surface actionable insights from system data.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for user support, resolving technical issues and fielding system-related inquiries.
• Create and deliver onboarding and training materials to ensure users are proficient with GTM systems and aligned on best practices.
• Gather user feedback to continuously improve system usability and adoption.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to ensure GTM systems align with business goals and workflows.
• Contribute to roadmap planning by providing technical insight on system capabilities and recommending improvements.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to support GTM innovation.
