Job summary

PlexTrac, a leader in cybersecurity SaaS, seeks a GTM Enterprise Application Manager to manage and evolve our GTM tech stack. This role is critical in ensuring that our Salesforce system and related tools are reliable, secure, and aligned with our business needs. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions while partnering with RevOps leadership.

Required qualifications include 5+ years of Salesforce experience, development skills in Apex, and a strong understanding of B2B SaaS GTM processes. This remote position is only open to U.S. based applicants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing Salesforce or a similar CRM in a sales or revenue operations setting.
• Ability to independently break down a business problem into a scoped technical spec and execute it.
• Strong communication skills — comfortable presenting system design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack end-to-end including configuration and data integrity.
• Architect and manage integrations between Salesforce and the broader RevOps stack.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for system issues.
