Job summary

Garner Health is seeking an exceptional Salesforce Administrator to join our RevOps team. You will design, deploy, and optimize Salesforce solutions, ensuring data quality and scalable designs across Sales and Customer Success.

This role reports to the VP of RevOps and supports a high-growth, mission-driven organization. We value hands-on experience with declarative tools, integration work with the GTM stack, and a strong service orientation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience, ideally supporting Sales and Customer Success teams at a high-growth B2B company.
• Salesforce Administrator certification; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
• Deep fluency with declarative tools — Flow, validation rules, custom objects, permission sets, and security.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with a modern GTM stack.
• Track record turning ambiguous business requirements into scalable, well-documented designs.
• Strong service orientation with fast, transparent support and clean data.
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI, with experience using AI tools.
• Desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team with urgency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy Salesforce solutions end to end — flows, validation rules, custom objects and fields, page layouts, permission sets, and integrations with GTM tools.
• Serve as the first point of support for Revenue users, resolving bugs quickly and transparently.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Own Salesforce data quality — deduplication, imports, audits.
• Administer users, roles, profiles, and security; manage sandboxes and releases.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for pipeline, forecast, and performance.
• Evaluate and implement AI capabilities across Salesforce and GTM stack.
• Document system architecture and train Revenue users to drive adoption.
