Job summary

Client is seeking a RevOps Strategic Initiatives Manager to lead strategic revenue operations initiatives for Enterprise and Strategic accounts within the quote-to-cash lifecycle. Remote position with a focus on translating data into actionable insights and enabling informed decision‑making across the organization.

You will manage a small team of analysts, build dashboards, and partner with leadership to design scalable workflows that drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, with 3 years supporting Sales specifically.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects from start to finish.
• Experience incorporating AI for process improvement.
• Exceptional spreadsheet and data management skills; SQL proficiency preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
• Proven intellectual curiosity and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Track record of managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities
