Job summary
Directive Consulting, a leading B2B performance marketing agency, seeks an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead and scale its RevOps practice. You’ll partner with the Director of Revenue Operations to manage a team of RevOps Strategists, guide Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot implementations, and deliver high-quality strategic work.
This role blends leadership with hands-on technical work, including audits, architecture reviews, integrations, governance, and guiding
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Revenue Operations, CRM or related field.
- Experience in agency or consultancy with multiple client engagements.
- 1–2+ years of people management or team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and lead a team of RevOps professionals.
- Oversee Salesforce, HubSpot and marketing automation audits and implementations.
- Own client relationships and ensure high-quality delivery.
