Zusammenfassung

Directive Consulting seeks an Associate Director of Revenue Operations to lead and scale our RevOps practice. You will guide a team of strategists, own client engagements, and stay hands-on to architect Salesforce and marketing automation solutions.

You’ll partner with leadership to deliver high-quality work, manage complex engagements, and drive growth across multiple clients in SaaS and B2B sectors.

Qualifikationen

5+ years in Revenue Operations or CRM/Marketing Ops within agencies or consultancies.
Proven leadership with 1–2+ years of people management and coaching.
Hands-on Salesforceadmin certification and Sales Cloud expertise.
Experience with at least one external MAP (HubSpot/Marketo/Pardot) preferred.

Lead a RevOps team, manage engagements, and ensure high-quality work.
Oversee audits, implementations, integrations, and optimizations.
Translate technical findings into executive-ready recommendations.
Maintain project health, capacity, and delivery quality.
