Logicbroker, Inc. is hiring a Revenue Operations Engineer in New York to own the systems, data and processes behind the go-to-market team.

You will manage HubSpot and the revenue tool stack end to end, building integrations, automations and AI-assisted workflows that improve conversion and pipeline health. This is a builder role, with a data-driven approach, focusing on a comprehensive RevOps roadmap and a single source of truth for forecasting, ARR and renewals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CRM administration experience and data quality ownership.
• Experience building integrations and automation across RevOps tools.
• Ability to write SOPs and drive adoption across teams.
• Familiar with AI coding tools and automation platforms to ship solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot Enterprise as the system of record: data model, pipelines, properties, automation, permissions and data quality.
• Own the revenue tool stack, including data enrichment, conversation intelligence, CPQ and e-signature, and integrate tools.
• Write and maintain SOPs for deals, renewals, handoffs and approvals.
• Identify and fix friction in revenue processes with automation and AI.
• Support forecasting and pipeline reviews with leadership and provide dashboards.
• Partner with Finance on ARR, bookings and renewal reporting.
• Build and troubleshoot workflows using APIs and AI coding tools.
• Manage contractors and vendors for timely system builds.
• Advise GTM on targeting, pricing operations and growth levers.
