Job summary

Lyric, an enterprise AI platform for supply chains, seeks a RevOps / GTM Engineer to design and build the data and systems behind our go-to-market engine. You will sit between Marketing and Revenue Operations, turning ambiguity into repeatable, measurable processes.

You will own ICP definitions, lead scoring, enrichment workflows, and CRM integrations, while driving data quality, reporting, and enablement across HubSpot and Salesforce. A builder mindset helps the team move fast.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in B2B SaaS across RevOps, marketing ops or GTM engineering.
• Strong CRM data model knowledge; experience with HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Experience building lead lists, scoring, or enrichment workflows.
• Ability to think like a business analyst across the revenue lifecycle.
• Familiarity with AI tools and evaluating outputs.
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Comfort with changing priorities and rebuilding processes.

Responsibilities

• Define ICP and build lead lists from market signals.
• Develop scoring models for fit and engagement.
• Run outbound experiments and scale successful strategies.
• Integrate enrichment and signals into CRM and outreach tools.
• Maintain data quality in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Create campaign and funnel reporting for marketing and sales.
• Support GTM projects and content management tooling.
