Job summary

Uscreen is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to own the systems, data, and strategy driving revenue across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will connect CRM, data warehouse, and GTM teams into one engine, building scalable processes and AI-assisted workflows.

You’ll lead the RevOps function, design territories, and optimize ICP targeting, CAC efficiency, and pipeline velocity in a remote-first, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, BizOps, or GTM Strategy at B2B SaaS companies.
• Experience scaling a company through roughly $20M ARR in lean teams.
• Hands-on with systems integration and data flow between CRM and data warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Define and track targets feeding the revenue engine: pipeline coverage, lead generation, conversion by stage, velocity.
• Build market map and segment, target accounts in SMB/DTC creator market.
• Own GTM tech stack and data integrations; improve lead routing, scoring, attribution, enrichment.
