Job summary

Ketch is seeking a senior operator to own Customer Experience and Partner Operations, enabling AI-powered system improvements across revenue functions. You will report to the VP of Revenue Operations & SMB Sales and collaborate to scale processes for GTM and post-sale motions.

The role emphasizes building durable, data-driven systems, leveraging AI to reduce manual work and empower leaders with self-serve analytics while maintaining a fast-paced, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational roles at SaaS companies.
• 5+ years supporting Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and/or Renewals.
• Proven design/implementation of scalable CRM and CS tools.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot and Gainsight.
• Strong data-driven approach to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational backbone for Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, and Renewals; design scalable systems to reduce manual work.
• Stand up and maintain partner ecosystem operations, onboarding, deal tracking, ROI reporting.
• Support core sales operations; CRM workflow improvements; partner with sales on GTM analyses.
