Job summary

HONK is a technology-driven roadside assistance platform reporting to the CFO. This role starts as an analyst and engineer, building trusted revenue reporting and owning data flows from GTM systems into Snowflake and BigQuery.

Over time you will build forecasts, scoring, and models, supporting territory, quota, pricing decisions, and a single revenue truth across CRM, billing and general ledger.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in data roles with analytics and data engineering experience.
• Strong SQL and Python required.
• Experience with Snowflake and Looker preferred.
• HubSpot data experience or Salesforce familiarity is a plus.
• Track record of working independently and delivering from scratch.
• Comfort presenting to finance and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Learn how Honk makes money from enterprise contracts, volume, and the provider network.
• Build trusted reporting on pipeline, bookings, win rates, sales cycle, and rep productivity using Looker and Snowflake.
• Own data flow from HubSpot and other GTM systems into Snowflake and BigQuery.
• Assess transformations and set up a proper modeling layer (dbt or similar).
• Build revenue forecasts, lead/account scoring, churn and expansion models.
• Extend reporting from Sales into Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.
