Job summary

Pitney Bowes is hiring a data analytics professional to transform complex datasets into clear insights and influence business decisions across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations. You will own end‑to‑end data models, pipelines, and dashboards, shaping reporting and analytics with a strong emphasis on accuracy and impact.

The role requires 4–5 years of experience, advanced SQL, Snowflake expertise, and proficiency with Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or a quantitative field (Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Applied Math) or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• At least four years of advanced SQL experience for data extraction, transformation, and modeling.
• Advanced experience using Snowflake for analytics.
• Strong foundational knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, and Oracle OLFM.
• Minimum two years of experience with Microsoft Power BI.
• A passion for visualization, analysis, and championing data‑driven decision‑making.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product, IT, and external partners to understand business goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Own the Sales Coverage Model, ensuring alignment with GTM strategy, client hierarchy management, and prioritization modeling.
• Lead renewals campaign data and forecasting for the Inside Sales team.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries (Snowflake and SQL Server), stored procedures, and data pipelines (SSIS) to support reporting and analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems, sources, and reports.
• Build, optimize, and manage dashboards, KPIs, and reporting assets using multiple data sources to deliver actionable insights.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and productivity.
• Establish a regular cadence of insights delivery to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Create and maintain SOPs and documentation for data models, reporting processes, and analytical workflows.
