Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Lead on Revenue Operations to own mid-funnel processes and drive territory planning in a remote-friendly environment. You will collaborate with Sales leadership, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Analytics, and RevOps to ensure consistent execution and accurate forecast inputs.

The role requires a BA/BS and 4+ years in revenue or sales operations with a focus on pipeline management, forecasting, and territory design.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in revenue or sales operations with forecasting and territory planning.
• Proficiency in Salesforce; admin experience is a plus.
• Experience designing end-to-end sales processes and SLAs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Own mid-funnel sales lifecycle processes from Discovery to Close.
• Drive territory planning, segmentation, and account-to-rep mapping.
• Lead governance for ISV, Partnerships, and Marketplace motions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Product, Analytics, and RevOps.
• Improve data quality and instrumentation for forecasting.
