Job summary

Teradata is seeking a Manager, Revenue Planning Programs & Strategy to own the annual and in-year revenue planning, manage headcount and quotas, and lead cross-functional workstreams with Finance, Sales, HR and IT. The role blends strategic design with program management and an offshore analyst support model.

You will drive cadence, improve processes, and apply data-driven insights and AI-assisted approaches to increase planning accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with 5–8 years in sales or revenue planning or operations.
Proven ownership of a regional or global planning cycle including territory, coverage and quota design.
Experience with data, analytics and business partnership to support leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

Own the revenue planning program end to end: annual and in-year calendar, coverage, territory realignment, headcount deployment and quota allocation.
Run the operating cadence: forums, agenda, risk tracking, escalation and follow-up.
Own headcount and capacity planning: build and maintain capacity model, reconcile with hiring plan and budget.
Translate strategy into recommendations for senior leadership and manage plan-to-pay continuity.
Direct offshore analyst support and ensure data quality for planning artifacts.
