RevOps Careers is seeking a Revenue Operations & CRM Systems Specialist (SaaS) for a remote contractor role. You will own CRM configurations, revenue ops workflows, data accuracy, and reporting across interconnected SaaS systems to support complex systems alignment and AI training initiatives.

No prior AI experience is required; the emphasis is on domain expertise and sound operational judgment to navigate policy gaps, conflicts, and cascading changes across the revenue stack.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or SaaS implementation with direct system ownership.
• Ability to configure CRM systems including fields, workflows, validation rules, and permissions.
• Experience with two SaaS revenue tools beyond CRM (billing, CPQ, ticketing, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Analyze CRM, billing, and ticketing data to identify gaps between operational logic, system behavior, and policies.
• Identify and document policy conflicts, outdated automations, duplicate entities, permissions mismatches, and undocumented processes.
• Draft precise operational prompts and recommendations for handling complex scenarios across the SaaS revenue stack.
• Evaluate the desired state of underlying data and correct discrepancies to maintain data accuracy across systems.
• Document reasoning, including the rationale for changes and what to leave unchanged.
• Apply strong operational judgement when rules conflict and cascading impacts may occur.
• Produce clear documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assess operational trade-offs and provide structured recommendations for complex decisions.
