Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a Sales Data Operations Specialist to manage revenue data across onboarding, deal setup, monthly usage reporting, and revenue recognition. The role is remote/homebased with heavy client and partner interaction, ensuring accurate data exchange and timely reporting within defined SLAs.

You will work with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Operations to translate inquiries into actionable analytics, drive improvements in reporting compliance, data quality, and revenue

• Proven track record meeting deadlines in a client/partner-facing SLA-driven environment
• Attention to detail with ability to connect analysis to revenue impact

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients and partners to troubleshoot discrepancies and align on reporting
• Understand pricing models, terms, and data structures for accurate revenue processing
• Act as operational contact for external clients and partners for data validation and issue resolution
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Operations to translate inquiries into analyses
• Analyze revenue usage pipeline for discrepancies, leakage, risks, and optimization
• Coordinate with platform partners to maintain API/data connections for scalable transfers
• Clean and integrate multi-source datasets to improve data accuracy and audit readiness
• Support monthly revenue operations and on-time client/partner reporting within SLAs
• Produce client/partner-ready reporting outputs and internal summaries
• Create narratives and presentations explaining findings and impacts
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, workflows, and communication
