Job summary

RevOps Careers is seeking a Revenue Operations & CRM Systems Specialist (SaaS) for a remote, contractor engagement. You will own CRM configurations, oversee billing and ticketing data, and ensure data accuracy across a SaaS revenue stack.

You will draft precise operational prompts, document decisions, and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders, balancing policy changes with system integrity in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on revenue operations or SaaS implementation experience.
• Directly configure CRM systems with fields, workflows, validation rules, and permissions.
• Experience with two+ SaaS revenue tools beyond CRM (billing, CPQ, ticketing, etc.).
• Strong CRM ownership, revenue operations, data accuracy knowledge.
• Ability to manage cascading changes across interconnected systems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to document reasoning, assumptions, trade-offs, and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CRM, billing, and ticketing data to identify gaps in policy and system behavior.
• Identify and document policy conflicts, outdated automations, duplicate entities, and permissions mismatches.
• Draft precise operational prompts and recommendations for handling complex scenarios across the SaaS revenue stack.
• Evaluate data state and correct discrepancies to maintain data accuracy across systems.
• Document reasoning and rationale for changes and for areas left unchanged.
• Apply operational judgment when rules conflict or changes cascade across systems.
• Produce clear documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assess trade-offs and provide structured recommendations for complex system decisions.
