Job summary

Holistiplan is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to strengthen GTM operations across Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing as the company scales. You’ll join a hands-on, IC role reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, focusing on data architecture, reporting, and systems strategy.

This role emphasizes data quality, process automation, and cross-functional collaboration to own execution in RevOps, with opportunities to lead impactful projects and extend the tech stack as the team

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Revenue Operations or similar
• Strong HubSpot experience with workflows and reporting
• Data enrichment experience
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Experience collaborating across CS, Sales, and Marketing
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to run projects independently

Responsibilities

• Partner with CS, Sales and Marketing to align systems and data across the GTM funnel
• Maintain HubSpot with clean data, workflows, and reporting
• Lead RevOps projects from scoping to rollout
• Build dashboards for Sales and CS visibility into pipeline and renewal metrics
• Run data enrichment workflows to keep accounts and contacts complete
