Job summary

RealAdvisor S.A. is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to help build and scale our revenue engine. You will bridge Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, ensuring systems, data, and processes are clear, reliable, and scalable for a 200+ person commercial organization.

You will own automation, data insights, dashboards, and CRM optimization to drive predictable revenue across countries. This fully remote role offers a high-impact path with collaboration across leadership and GTM teams.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Ops, Growth Ops, or data-driven roles.
• Strong SQL skills; Python or TypeScript is a plus.
• Experience with CRMs and automation tools (Close, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, etc.), data warehouses (BigQuery, PostgreSQL) and analytic tools (Looker Studio, Metabase, Tableau, etc.)
• Strong analytical and business mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain automated workflows across CRM, marketing, and CS tools.
• Analyze revenue and customer data to support decisions and experiments.
• Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and teams; ensure a single source of truth for KPIs.
