Job summary

Red River is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with Revenue Operations, turning data into actionable insights and scalable processes. You will work across Sales, Client Success, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership to standardize processes and improve visibility across the customer lifecycle.

The ideal candidate combines analytics with process improvement, is curious, and strives to automate repetitive tasks while reducing manual effort and errors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business/analytics or related field.
• 5+ years in Business Analysis, Revenue Ops, or BI role.
• Experience with CRM platforms (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Advanced Excel and BI tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, and operational reporting.
• Analyze performance across clients, geographies, services, and recurring revenue.
• Monitor financial and sales metrics; deliver actionable leadership insights.
• Support pipeline governance and forecast reviews with reporting.
• Improve CRM data quality and governance; document current/future processes.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and drive efficiency.
