Red River is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with Revenue Operations, transforming data into insights while designing scalable processes that boost efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and revenue growth.

The role spans across Sales, Client Success, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to standardize processes and strengthen data governance for visibility across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in Business Analysis, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, BI, or similar.
• Experience gathering requirements and improving processes.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills and BI tool experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance executive dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Analyze performance across clients, AE, industries, geographies, services, and recurring revenue.
• Monitor and report on key financial and sales metrics.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting to leadership with actionable insights.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
