Qualifications

• Understanding of hotel operations, market dynamics, and distribution channels.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop dynamic pricing to optimize occupancy and ADR.
• Manage room inventory across distribution channels.
• Conduct daily, weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.
• Analyze market data, price competitors, and demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing to align revenue goals.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports.
