• Certifications with Hilton and Marriott brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement revenue management strategies across rotating hotels to maximize revenue and occupancy.
• Manage room rates and inventory per guidelines and market conditions.
• Create pricing strategies, distribution approaches, and reservations policies.
• Lead weekly revenue management meetings to review pricing, pace, and forecasts.
• Prepare short- and long-term revenue projections and performance analyses.
• Monitor booking trends, market segments, and GDS performance.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to align revenue objectives and execution across properties.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support growth.
