Job summary

Maya Hotels, a multi-brand hotel group, is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to drive pricing, inventory, and forecasting across a portfolio of US properties. You will work closely with General Managers, Assistant GMs and Sales to optimize performance and lead execution of pricing and inventory strategies.

The role requires hotel revenue management experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate clear recommendations and drive actions across teams.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel/hospitality Revenue Management experience.
• Hands-on experience with hotel pricing, yielding and inventory management.
• Strong forecasting and analytical skills.
• Experience leading or participating in revenue strategy meetings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties/priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Must be located in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily occupancy, pickup, ADR, RevPAR, pace and demand.
• Make daily pricing and yielding decisions.
• Manage inventory, availability, restrictions and selling strategies.
• Monitor OOO rooms and their impact on sellable inventory.
• Monitor third-party channels and distressed inventory opportunities.
• Monitor competitive pricing and market conditions.
• Identify need periods and high-demand dates.
• Proactively adjust strategy based on booking pace and market demand.
• Ensure pricing and inventory strategies are accurately executed across systems.
• Lead recurring revenue strategy calls with GMs, AGMs and Sales leaders.
