Hilton is seeking a Revenue Manager for its virtual RMCC, responsible for all revenue management duties for an assigned portfolio of hotels, including daily pricing, business evaluation, forecast accuracy, and strategy changes, while partnering with hotel leadership.

You will collaborate with e-Commerce, Marketing and Distribution teams to shape pricing, provide regular performance reviews, mentor peers, and drive market share growth across Hilton's managed, franchised and owned properties, with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Revenue Management experience.
• Experience managing hotel rates and inventory.
• Experience analyzing data to develop pricing strategies.
• Knowledge of STR and shop reports.

Responsabilités

• Manage revenue for assigned portfolio hotels including pricing and strategy changes.
• Lead weekly meetings to align revenue strategy and targets.
• Forecast performance, identify trends and act on risks and opportunities.
