Hilton is seeking a Revenue Manager for its Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) to support owned, managed, and franchised properties. This remote role collaborates with Hilton teams to drive pricing strategy and revenue growth across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of professional experience in Revenue Management for hotels.
• Experience setting hotel rates and managing inventory.
• Ability to analyze statistics and explain findings to inform pricing decisions.
• Familiarity with STR and shop performance reports.
• Experience with GRO and OnQ RI systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% annually.

Aufgaben

• Manage all Revenue Management responsibilities for assigned portfolio hotels, including daily pricing analysis and strategy changes.
• Lead weekly Commercial strategy meetings to review pacing, performance, and goals.
• Forecast future performance, identify trends, and act on risks and opportunities.
