Hilton is seeking a Director, RMCC Americas Managed to lead revenue management strategy for a portfolio of Managed hotels in the Americas, driving market share and budget achievement while collaborating with property teams.

You will build and develop a high-performing team, partner with RMCC leadership, and deliver owner-facing insights that enhance performance across a multi-brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Ten years of professional experience.
• Five years in revenue management representing a portfolio of hotels (high profile assets >1,000 keys).
• Four years of collaborating with partners through data representation and storytelling.
• Travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel facing revenue management strategy for a portfolio of Managed hotels in the Americas.
• Lead and develop team members deployed to support the portfolio.
• Drive market share through strategy collaboration.
