Insight Global is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to support the Revenue Integrity department and serve as the subject matter expert on hospital charge capture, entry, and charge reconciliation. This role partners with clinical and operational leaders to drive improvements and identify revenue optimization opportunities.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Revenue Integrity experience.
• Epic experience required.
• CPC or CCS coding certification required.
• Strong understanding of hospital coding and charge capture workflows.
• CMS regulations knowledge across multiple service lines.
• Multi-specialty charting experience (Cardiology, radiation oncology, diagnostic radiology).
• Experience servicing physician queries and creating action plans from denial reports.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Revenue Integrity department and act as liaison on charge capture and entry.
• Drive charge integrity improvements and revenue optimization opportunities.
• Educate, audit, and monitor regulatory and coding changes to ensure compliance.
• Analyze charge-related metrics to minimize revenue leakage.
