Job summary

Virtua Health is seeking an experienced Revenue Integrity Analyst to support the Revenue Cycle across Hospital, Physician, and Home Health services. The role focuses on root-cause analytics, audits, and data-driven improvements within Epic-based workflows.

Responsibilities include analyzing billing, auditing charge capture, and ensuring compliance with government and third-party payer requirements. Collaboration with Finance, IT, and clinical teams is essential in this hybrid on-site/remote

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' experience within a large hospital or integrated healthcare delivery system.
• Bachelor's degree, in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare preferred.
• EPIC Revenue Integrity, Hospital Billing, Physician Billing Certification, preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform quantitative and financial analysis along with audits to identify opportunities for improvement across the full spectrum of the Revenue Cycle.
• Review and ensure charge master and fee schedules align with government policies, third party payer needs, and AMA CPT updates.
• Analyze billing errors and denials to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for compliant charges and reimbursement.
• Lead Revenue Cycle projects and collaborate with Revenue Integrity, Finance, IT and Clinical Operations.
• Monitor Epic work queues, assist with performance reporting and provide guidance to staff.
