Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital, Inc. seeks a Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst to act as a subject-matter expert in charge capture, workflow optimization, revenue reconciliation, and evaluating new services.

You will lead investigations into revenue leakage, implement corrective actions, and support enterprise-wide process improvements. Partners include clinical operations, coding, finance, IT, and revenue cycle leadership to ensure accurate charging within Epic.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Billing, Charge Capture, CDM or Revenue Integrity within healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 and reimbursement methods.
• Advanced understanding of Epic charge routing and CDM integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead charge reconciliation across departments.
• Review Epic charging logic, triggers, routing rules, and queues.
• Conduct advanced analytics to identify variances and revenue risk.
• Partner with coding, clinical leadership, finance, IT to improve charge capture.
• Design and lead complex reports, dashboards, and analyses.
• Provide training and mentorship to Revenue Integrity staff.
• Lead enterprise initiatives on charge workflows and compliance.
