Job summary

TriHealth is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to oversee the Physician Charge Description Master (CDM) and ensure accurate charge capture in alignment with CMS, CPT, and HCPCS guidelines. You will collaborate with clinical departments, IT, Compliance, and Legal to optimize revenue while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires 4–5 years of EPIC Physician Revenue Cycle experience, CPC certification, and a Bachelor's in Healthcare or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) preferred.
• 4–5 years' experience in Physician Revenue Cycle Coding & Charge Capture.

Responsibilities

• Maintains TriHealth Physician Charge Description Master to optimize revenue generation and ensure third party payer compliance.
• Monitors daily and monthly revenue; oversees revenue reconciliation.
• Identifies missed charges via advanced analytical queries and records corrections.
• Implements Revenue Guardian in collaboration with existing edits.
• Develops corporate policies governing charge capture for physician-generated revenue.
