Job summary

Impact Advisors is seeking a Strategy and Operations - Revenue Integrity Lead to partner with client Revenue Integrity leadership during full Epic implementations. This senior role requires deep Epic knowledge and proven leadership in revenue cycle environments.

You will guide charge capture design, oversee CDM decisions, ensure go-live readiness, and use data to improve cash collections while reducing denials. Travel weekly nationwide is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in revenue integrity, coding, or revenue cycle roles.
• Experience leading Epic revenue cycle IT groups or projects.
• Bachelor’s degree required; strong communication and travel ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to Revenue Integrity leaders during Epic implementations.
• Guide charge capture and CDM design decisions to meet payer requirements.
• Oversee readiness of charging workflows and reconciliation pre-go-live.
• Use data to analyze root causes and improve cash collections.
• Travel weekly nationwide as needed.
