Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a Senior Revenue Integrity Analyst to serve as the enterprise subject matter expert for charge configuration, Epic build integrity, and chargemaster governance. This role focuses on ensuring accurate CPT/HCPCS assignment, revenue code mapping, pricing alignment, and GL linkage across facilities and service lines.

You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Coding, Compliance, Patient Access, Billing, and IT to prevent denials and revenue leakage while leading

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Integrity, CDM Build/Maintenance, or related healthcare finance.
• Advanced CPT/HCPCS, revenue codes, and CMS billing regulations knowledge.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting; proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPIC (HB/PB) charge build, CPT/HCPCS, revenue codes, modifiers, pricing and GL mapping.
• Govern chargemaster through updates, standardization, defensible pricing and price transparency.
• Collaborate with IT and Clinical Informatics to ensure compliant charge setup.
