Integrated Revenue Integrity, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to support client engagements focused on optimizing charge capture, coding accuracy, regulatory compliance, and revenue performance across hospital and provider organizations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of healthcare billing and reimbursement. You will perform audits, review records, address denials, and help clients improve documentation and coding practices

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle (billing/reimbursement/coding/auditing).
• 1+ years of coding experience and certification (e.g., CPC, COC, CCS).
• Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS codes, revenue codes, modifiers, NCCI edits.
• Experience with hospital EHR systems (EPIC, Meditech, Cerner, CPSI).
• Understanding of CMS, HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-kickback Statutes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Charge capture audits to ensure all billable services are documented and charged.
• Review medical records and claims for accurate CPT/HCPCS coding.
• Investigate claim denials and identify root causes for corrective action.
• Collaborate with clients to improve documentation accuracy and coding.
• Analyze and resolve NCCI edits and billing denials.
• Review CDM charge builds for appropriate coding.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance.
• Respond to client questions on billing, coding and reimbursement.
• Pursue ongoing education via webinars and courses.
