Job summary

The Wilshire Group is seeking three experienced Revenue Integrity Service Line Analysts to support revenue integrity initiatives in a fully remote consulting environment. This role will work closely with physicians, clinical, operational, finance, compliance, coding, IT, and revenue cycle teams to improve accurate and compliant revenue capture.

The ideal candidate will have strong Epic and chargemaster experience, along with the ability to review end-to-end workflows, identify revenue

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of hospital and professional revenue cycle operations.
• Strong Epic revenue cycle experience and CDM management.
• Ability to evaluate clinical and revenue cycle workflows and turn findings into practical recommendations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Revenue Integrity resource for assigned clinical service lines.
• Review chargemaster, Epic configuration, charge capture logic and downstream billing.
• Maintain Epic chargemaster content in designated areas.
• Perform end-to-end assessments of scheduling, documentation, charge capture, billing and reimbursement.
• Identify root causes of missed or incorrect charges and implement corrective actions.
• Work with teams to improve workflows and automate where possible.
• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and revenue opportunities.
• Monitor changes and measure results for sustained impact.
• Provide guidance to other analysts; mentor on complex issues.
