Job summary

First Advantage Global operating Centre seeks a Revenue Enablement Manager to lead GTM readiness and adoption across our global organization in a 100% remote role within the United States.

You will drive onboarding programs, establish readiness plans, and embed AI-guided workflows while partnering with Revenue Operations, GTM Transformation, and Product teams to measure adoption impact and sustain change.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting onboarding, training, communication, or adoption initiatives.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience using learning technologies, digital learning tools, or AI-enabled productivity solutions.
• Background in organizational readiness, change management frameworks, or large-scale adoption initiatives.
• Experience enabling adoption of AI, CRM, sales, customer success or revenue technology workflows.
• Strong partnership with GTM Transformation, Product Marketing, Product Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Build readiness, enablement, communication, and reinforcement plans for adoption of GTM initiatives.
• Translate priorities into learning journeys, manager tools, and adoption checkpoints.
• Partner with GTM Transformation, RevOps, and Product Enablement to ensure teams are prepared for change.
• Enable AI-assisted workflows across reporting, pipeline inspection, day planning, and customer-facing communication.
• Develop onboarding and reinforcement programs using modern learning modalities.
