Job summary
The Commercial Enablement Manager at Norstella partners with CROs and BU leaders to translate portfolio priorities into practical enablement for Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and Account Management. Qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in Commercial Enablement or related GTM roles.
- Proven ability to translate GTM strategy into practical sales motions and enablement programs.
- Experience with AI tools to improve field readiness and adoption.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary enablement partner to assigned BU and CROs.
- Translate GTM strategy into executable sales motions, messaging and tools.
- Lead field readiness for product launches and portfolio changes.
- Own the enablement plan from intake to reinforcement and measurement.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to align content and processes.
