Qualifications
- 5 to 8+ years in Commercial Enablement or related field.
- Experience supporting cross-functional B2B sales teams.
- Ability to translate GTM strategy into practical enablement.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
- AI fluency integrated into enablement programs.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Commercial Enablement partner to assigned BU leaders and CROs.
- Translate GTM strategy into executable sales motions, narratives, playbooks and tools.
- Lead field readiness for product launches and portfolio changes.
- Own enablement plan from intake to reinforcement and measurement.
- Drive adoption of enablement tech like Highspot, Salesforce, and LMS.
