Norstella is seeking a Commercial Enablement Manager to translate BU priorities into field-ready execution while strengthening revenue teams across Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and Account Management. You will design, execute, and continually improve enablement programs with a focus on measurable commercial outcomes.

Reporting to the VP, Commercial Enablement, this role collaborates with CROs and leaders to identify performance needs, craft the right enablement responses, and

Qualifications

5+ years in Commercial Enablement or Sales Readiness.
Experience enabling Sales, Customer Success, Solution Consulting, and Account Management.
Ability to translate BU priorities into field-ready execution.
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication.
Experience embedding AI into enablement programs.

Responsibilities

Act as primary enablement partner to assigned BU, portfolios, or functions.
Identify performance gaps and align enablement to business outcomes.
Surface field insights and adoption risks with data and field input.
Lead field readiness for product launches and portfolio changes.
Own enablement plan from scoping to reinforcement and measurement.
Partner with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales to align content and tools.
