Norstella is seeking a Commercial Enablement Manager to translate portfolio priorities into field-ready execution, strengthening the skills and productivity of revenue teams across sales, customer success, and solutions.
The role focuses on designing, delivering, and continuously improving enablement programs with measurable commercial outcomes, reporting to the VP of Commercial Enablement.
Competenze
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in Commercial Enablement or related field.
- Experience supporting cross-functional B2B teams.
- Ability to translate GTM strategy into practical enablement.
- Strong cross-functional leadership.
- Experience with AI tools in a commercial context.
Mansioni
- Act as the primary enablement partner to assigned Business Units and leaders.
- Translate GTM strategy into executable sales motions, value narratives, playbooks, messaging, tools, and guidance.
- Own the enablement plan from intake and scoping through build, delivery, reinforcement, adoption, and measurement.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, Sales Development, and business leaders to align content, processes, systems, and manager reinforcement.
- Define success measures and provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
