Sentara Health in Harrisonburg, VA seeks a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle. You will lead major program rollouts and collaborate with leaders to ensure solutions address the right issues and deliver measurable KPI improvements.

The role requires 2+ years in management, strong analytics, and expertise with EPIC. Remote work is available, with compensation including base pay and incentives as described in the posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience.
• In lieu of advanced degree: 9 years' Revenue Cycle experience required.
• Experience leading change initiatives within healthcare Revenue Cycle.
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management initiatives for major program rollouts, e.g. policy changes, technology changes, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with operational leaders at all levels to identify issues and engage stakeholders in the change journey.
• Learn and track operational KPIs to ensure meaningful impact to the business model.
• Document business issues and gain alignment of stakeholders around the burning platform of a project.
