Job summary

Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA seeks a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle under leadership direction. You will lead major program rollouts, align stakeholders, and ensure data-driven improvements to key KPIs.

The role requires 2+ years of management and 2+ years of analytics, with strong EPIC knowledge and a track record of translating data into actionable process changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and 7 years of Revenue Cycle experience
• 2 years of management experience required
• 2 years of reporting/analytics experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of EPIC and data systems

Responsibilities

• Drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle under the VP guidance
• Lead project management for major program rollouts with actionable work plans
• Collaborate with operational leaders and IT/Analytics partners to address issues
• Track operational KPIs and validate results to impact business KPIs
• Identify data or system gaps and secure stakeholder alignment to move initiatives forward
