Job summary

Sentara Health is recruiting a Manager of Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics for its Harrisonburg, VA operation. You will drive change across the revenue cycle, lead major program rollouts, and partner with IT and analytics to validate results.

The role requires 2 years of management and 2 years of analytics experience, with EPIC knowledge. Remote work options are available, and the base pay ranges from $95,430 to $148,366 per year.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 7 years' Revenue Cycle experience
In lieu of advanced degree: 9 years' Revenue Cycle experience required
2 years Management experience required
2 years Reporting/Analytics preferred
Experience identifying gaps in data or system requirements and collaborating with appropriate technical stakeholders to best effect change
Strong working knowledge of EPIC

Responsibilities

Drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle.
Lead program rollouts with project plans and stakeholders.
Track KPIs and identify data gaps to drive improvements.
Collaborate with IT and Analytics to implement changes.
