Job summary

Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA is seeking a Manager, Revenue Cycle Optimization & Analytics to lead change initiatives across the revenue cycle. You will partner with operational leaders and the VP to drive improvements in key KPIs, policies, technology, and processes.

You will manage project rollouts, identify data gaps with IT and Analytics, and ensure stakeholder alignment to move initiatives forward while tracking impact on financial performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years of reporting/analytics experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Lead change initiatives across the revenue cycle and related processes.
• Collaborate with VP of Revenue Cycle and stakeholders to drive KPI improvements.
• Manage project rollouts for major programs, including policy and technology changes.
• Identify data gaps and work with IT/Analytics to enable effective change.
