Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years in Revenue Cycle.
• In lieu of advanced degree: 9 years in Revenue Cycle required.
• No specific certification or licensure requirements.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years of reporting/analytics preferred.
• Experience identifying data gaps and collaborating with IT/Analytics.
• Strong working knowledge of the EPIC system.

Responsibilities

• Drive change initiatives across the revenue cycle and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Lead project management for major program rollouts and policy changes.
